Hurt/Comfort Exchange

For the tags "Injured/sick in the wilderness" / "Lost in wilderness while sick/injured", would it be possible to keep the more general one instead? I don't want the characters I was hoping to request this tag for (Lord of the Rings rangers) to be lost necessarily; I'm more interested in the issue of having to be self-sufficient in dealing with the injury because they're so far from anyone else who could assist. The fact that they know exactly where they are doesn't help much when where they are is the middle of nowhere.
