Can "Character isn't used to being loved and shown tenderness/affection" be left separate from "Unexpected Tenderness"? That one doesn't read as unexpected tenderness since the tenderness can be very expected and just not something the character is used to (yet). Eg: Isolated character is now in a very loving group and tenderness is totally expected from that group, but it's not something character is used to due to their past.
(I'm less attached to this one, especially if no one else objects, but "Character is surprised/disbelieving at being shown kindness" also seems like it doesn't fit into "unexpected tenderness", since kindness doesn't have to be tender. Eg: Assumed enemy tossing medical supplies at the character instead of murdering them)
I'd prefer "Injured/sick in the wilderness" instead of the other version. I was going to request this tag, but adding lost changes it to a scenario I don't want.
