Sure thing. We can still add tags at this point without causing any problems to ao3, it's just that as soon as possible is best because people signing up and offering/requesting before it's in the tagset won't see it then. Because of this it could make matching on it more difficult, and because of this we wouldn't want to add entire signups worth of nominations late! But one this early in the signup is fine.
