One of the things I love about these two is how completely aware of one another and connected they were. George Harrison has said "one of the main faults of John and Paul is that they were so busy being John and Paul they failed to realize who else was around at the time." There are all these instances on stage or during press conferences where they mirrored one another's body language and John's spoken of how they were generally able to read one another really well without even talking. This is also one of my favorite quotes about their connection, from John's 1980 Playboy interview: ""Paul and I know each other on a lot of different levels that very few people know about."
There was also this intense loyalty, even after the band broke up--people have said that neither would hear a nasty word said about the other.
Anything about those two and how they communicated (though looks, touch, lyrics, a certain tone of voice) would be amazing.

Some prompts, if you'd like them:
Feeding someone hot soup: How does this play out with them? How does John convince sick!Paul to let him feed him soup, or is Paul too sick to argue? Is Paul hurt *because* John tries to feed him the soup? Does Paul get injured trying to feed John the soup? Is this a cut scene from one of the films?
Hiding injuries from onlookers but comforter knows: Does Paul get hit by a projectile from one of the fans and try to hide the injury? Did he get hurt in a fight in Hamburg and keep it from the rest of them?
Hurt/sick character needs to be carried: I'd love this during any period! Does John have to carry Paul after a bad acid trip in '67? Take care of him if he gets sick in Hamburg?
In denial about being hurt: Paul's such a workaholic that I can picture him being kind of like the Black Knight in Monty Python and suggesting he's got "just a flesh wound" if they were in the middle of touring or recording. How does John deal with this?
Nobody hurts that character except me!: John said as much (and Tony King quotes him as saying "I'm the only person who's allowed to say things like that about Paul. I don't like it when other people do")! Well, that he didn't like to hear anyone else being critical about Paul. Any situations where he's defending Paul would be fabulous--maybe re: criticism of The Magical Mystery Tour or even one of Paul's songs that John didn't like, but he didn't want to hear anyone else say anything negative about it? Does the "nobody hurts Paul but me" extend to the other members of the band?
Refuse to Leave Other Character's Side: Does John insist of staying with Paul at his father's place? Mike's? Anywhere it might be quite awkward?
Sharing a bed: I just love the idea of John sticking close to a sick or injured Paul to the point of sharing a bed with him/holding him if he's feeling chilled.
Singing to Sleep: I feel like this was made for these two! What songs would John use to sing Paul to sleep? Would Paul have to request it, or would John just know he wanted it?
Soulmate AU-Soulmate's presence heals hurt character: Is this how they find out they're soulmates? John showing up heals Paul? When and how does it happen? Does Paul needing John like this when they're apart and fighting lead John to come back?
Too Sick to Sleep: How do they keep one another entertained when Paul's too sick to sleep? This is inspired by Paul wanting to go to bed during his first acid trip with John and John telling him he wouldn't sleep, but could be any time. How does John make Paul feel safe and comfortable?

Accidentally hurting partner more than intended during consensual rough sex: I'd love to see John accidentally hurting Paul more than he meant to, especially if it was something he'd kind of had to talk Paul into doing. Maybe something involving less lube than normal or handcuffs (does an injury with those potentially render Paul unable to play a gig?) or impact play or fighting as foreplay. How John dealt with the emotional hurt/angst of accidentally hurting Paul more than he meant to and Paul's response to being hurt and/or John's emotional hurt would be amazing!
Comfort Sex: They're both hurt and/or sick and having sex to comfort one another? Yes, please!
Enemy taunts friends/partner for not noticing character's injuries/trauma: Would love this for either of them being hurt--do either of them not notice that a reporter's question has opened old wounds? Or that one's concealing an injury or a response to a major event? I suppose "enemy" could be a journalist or promoter who didn't like them?
Mistakenly Believes the Other is Dead: Would love it to be a case where Paul's injured and John somehow thinks he's dead (maybe wires get crossed and whoever informs John is mistaken, maybe there's a false news report, maybe John's high and sees that Paul's hurt but mistakes him for being dead)? How do they comfort one another once John realizes Paul's not dead?
Soulmate AU-Soulmates Share Pain: Would love to see how this works during a fight between them (i.e., Paul's great at putting up a nonchalant front, but if John *feels* when he's hurt him, well...and John also wasn't upfront about feeling hurt, like thinking he was going to work on the music for The Family Way with Paul....) Also very interested in how this works if one's doing something the other suggested they not do and they get hurt doing it, or one of them trying to hide an injury or emotional hurt from the other and not being able to.

I'm a sucker for canons with secret relationships, and add an undercover mission and East Berlin/West Germany to that? More than sold. I love how important and fraught family is in this, with Walter trying to act unaffected, even as he winces when he breaks Martin's finger at what is theoretically their first meeting, and Martin caring so deeply for his mother--and, in fact, pretty much everyone he encounters, from Annett, Linda and Yvonne to Alex. I'd really enjoy seeing anything about Walter and Martin's relationship, either pre-canon, with Walter either observing Martin or engineering casual meetings with him, to more canon moments or post-canon fallout from Martin's actions in Able Archer.
Please don't worry about spoiling Deutschland 86 for me if you've seen it. I haven't seen it yet, but I will have by the time stories are live. Just wanted to mention why prompts are '83 centered--and please feel free to ignore '86 entirely as well!

Awkward Comforter: I feel like we saw hints of this at times, especially when Martin was talking about fatherhood, but would love to see more--especially if Walter is still not being upfront about how they're linked.
Character expects to be punished for failure but is shown unexpected concern: I'd love to see this after Able Archer, or maybe there's an accident during Martin's training, or Walter stepped in when Martin was little and Martin doesn't really remember him except as this shadowy figure?
Comforter arrives too late to prevent hurt: Would love this for Able Archer aftermath or any of Martin's missions!

Arranged Marriage to the Enemy to Cement Ceasefire/Peace Treaty: Just how many times does Robb try to escape/get injured in the scramble to bring him back? Not to mention Robb missing Winterfell if they've gone to Casterly Rock? Or resenting Jaime being at Winterfell?
Comforted by An Enemy: Does Jaime console Robb after Ned's death? Or after Robb's captured/lost his first battle?
Enemies to Lovers--Enemy caused hurt but regrets it and tries to make amends: Jaime really didn't think the Young Wolf could be hurt and is possibly surprised to find he feels bad. What type of injury is it and how does he go about proposing to Robb that he make it better?
Fuck or die with one character not fully aware of what's happening: I'd love to see this--Jaime protecting them both by having sex with Robb while Robb doesn't realize they're in that situation. Who's making them? Does Robb figure it out? Is Robb more enthusiastic that Jaime would have predicted?

• Oh, the adjustments that'd need could make for excellent angst, especially if Riikka ended up as a newly minted mage, overextending her powers while figuring things out (and pining), or maybe (if you don't like the time-travel idea) they might be part of some early survivors if the Rash showed up post-aRTD canon sometime.
• Mage!Riikka protecting Jonna on her outings as scout or cleanser and getting hurt in the process, but still having to pull her weight to get them back to a safe spot? Jonna helping nurse her through the aftermath with all the shmoopy comforts she can give?
• Though of course other pandemic-style apocalypses are fine if you're not familiar with SSSS-canon - I feel like the prompts still work.
• Anything non-apocalyptic is fine too - hiking in the forest and getting injured? Puppy-Fox pulling some prank or other on Jonna and Riikka?

• There are other ways to bring her back, but they are traumatic and both Sigrun and Reynir are the ones who end up comforting Tuuri (and each other?) Really, just anything that involves these two taking care of Tuuri - spooning her, soothing her through nightmares, keeping her warm...
• Tuuri comes back wrong - maybe the Rash still affects her mind while she's no longer contagious, or the Swan didn't like having one of her charges stolen and put a spell on her? - but she recovers through Sigrun and Reynir taking care of her?
• Any of the other characters can come, too, and Emilalli is fine as a background pairing here (as much as I love Onni/Reynir, not in this fic, please).

• I don't even know what to say here - any prompts and any scenarios are fine, can be a fix-it in which Tuuri never died or got back from the dead, or set before Odense, the circumstances really don't matter so much to me as long as they get to angst over the other and recognize (or finally admit) they're in love. Can be as easy as taking care of the other during a fever or as harsh as Sigrun getting mauled by a troll and needing a longer time to recover, or even just the two of them keeping each other warm while trapped in the cold and Tuuri making the most of any given opportunity to get more of Sigrun's attention (you know she would, the weasel!)?

Melissa realizes that for years she's assumed her son is fine, but that the traumas have been building up more and more, to the point that Scott now just accepts it when people hurt him and treats it as if it's ok for them to do so, taking the blame for whatever goes wrong.
I just really want Melissa to act like a Mom and be upset on Scott's behalf that he doesn't stand up for himself and some actual dealing with Scott's various undealt with traumas, fears and suffering

Poor Seiji usually gets the brunt of the hurt in fic, but there's something about seeing Natori at the tender mercies of Matoba that does it for me, so feel free to give him all the suffering (and eventual comfort of sorts) he can handle. Or maybe he goes a little bit further and just decides to cut off Shindou's rebellion at the pass - after all, he ran the simulations so who's to say the ending just wasn't another one of those? *Tim doesn't do it often (or at least he doesn't think he does), but sometimes when he just needs a release, he cuts himself. One day, he takes it a little too far, and he collapses around his brothers. They don't take the revelation well.
*Since his parent's were never around, before Tim got involved with Batman and Robin, he was sexually abused by a teacher or another male authority figure. Something happened that made them move away, but now they've returned to Gotham and Tim has to confront a part of his past that he repressed.
*Tim never got a lot of attention and hugs growing up, and he's incredibly touch-starved. He tries to play it off, but there are little things that give it away. Luckily, no one cares about giving Tim what he needs.
*Tim gets a concussion and just starts bawling his eyes out. That's actually a legit side-affect of a concussion, and one that Tim is unfortunate enough to get.
*Tim and at least one of his brother's are somewhere hurt and the only way for Tim to get what he needs to save them, he has to have sex with their captor.
*The batboys are enchanted with something that returns them to the age they feel they lost their virginity. It doesn't affect Damian at all, Dick and Jason are probably in their mid to late teens or possibly early twenties, and Tim is way too fucking young.
*Tim is hiding the fact that he's an omega until he suddenly goes into heat. No one hurts him, but he has to get through the heat and then deal with the repercussions of them finding out.
*Tim is raped on video at some point and the tape is sent to Dick, Jason, and/or Damian. The villain really wasn't thinking right.

*When Will lived in New York, he went through a depressive spell and tried to kill himself. He survived, obviously and he managed to keep it hidden from everyone, but at some point in Chicago, the feelings come back and Will doesn't know how to deal with them.

You can go as light or as dark as you want with this. I love alternate universes as long as it isn't a completely mundane one. The age gap is neither a feature nor a bug, you can keep their canon ages, bump everyone up a little but keep the same gap, or make everyone the same age, or just not address it at all. You can ignore or incorporate Dark Phoenix. With the monster girl tags I mean them as the overall look and the trope, you don't have to limit them to just Jean. Also, while I don't want Rule 63 Jean, Rule 63 Scott or Peter is fine. I have seen all the X-Men movies, the Deadpool ones (including Once Upon a Deadpool), and Logan. You can definitely use elements of Logan, but having it be the eventual end of the ATM depresses me, so I'd prefer it be treated as another universe/timeline.
There are four things that appeal to me with this ship. The first is that all three can perceive the world differently from others. Jean is a telepath, Peter can move so fast that the world seems to be standing still and Scott can only see in shades of red. All three can be seen as an outsider. Jean was an outsider at a school for mutants. The impression I got from Scott's intro was that he wasn't very liked, and Peter is the mutant, thief son of a single mother with Eastern European ancestry during the Cold War. All three have some type of family drama. Scott's brother is way older than him and dies (and if he has the same backstory as the comic then he was raised by foster parents). Peter's father is a wanted criminal that left his mom, and if his universe's version of Wanda is like comic Wanda there could be complications there. The final, and probably most important reason, I just think their personalities all go well together and balance each other.

I enjoyed Sakura in the first two routes, but the third is such a gut punch. Sakura gets hurt so much and I just want someone to comfort her. I like both regular Sakura and dark Sakura. If going with Rin/Sakura you can handle the incest however you want. With Sakura/Saber I'm fine with it being regular Saber being a white knight or it being Saber Alter. I think that these two are a really fun combination personality wise. They both know what it's like to have a supervillain relative. Kara is shown to be close to her adoptive sister and Peter looks close to his younger sister when he's hugging her in Days of Future Past. They could have a blast eating junk food together. I love the idea of what if Kara landed in the X-Men Earth and was imprisoned. I also love superhero/thief pairs. In a world that had the anti-mutant issues of the X-Men movies and the anti-alien sentiments of Supergirl, how would that negatively impact things. There's also so many fun superhero tropes possible.

She quickly became one of my favorites and am now looking for all kinds of additional trades involving her. I don't mind spoilers as I've been reading a lot about her. If something is a plot point then please include it in notes. You can handle the crossover aspect however you want and I'm fine with a relationship where Kara or Peter are teenagers.
I love the idea of Felicia breaking into someplace to steal something and discovering hurt character. Or maybe something she steals sends her to another world where she bonds with the other character. Or maybe she and the other character are both captured by someone much worse than she is? For the Monster Girl tags you don't have to limit those to female characters.

Supergirl, Batgirl, and Earth 2 were my favorite comics. I don't like how the New 52 Superman has been retconned out because him dying and being replaced by the other Superman had so much potential for Kara. I generally love her character arc from her arrival up to now. I love how Barbara's comics can go from dark and PTSD focused to a lighter, but no less enjoyable fare. With Jay I love that despite being younger and less sure of himself than classic Jay, he's just as good of a person.

There was also this intense loyalty, even after the band broke up--people have said that neither would hear a nasty word said about the other.

Feeding someone hot soup: How does this play out with them? How does John convince sick!Paul to let him feed him soup, or is Paul too sick to argue? Is Paul hurt *because* John tries to feed him the soup? Does Paul get injured trying to feed John the soup? Is this a cut scene from one of the films?
Hiding injuries from onlookers but comforter knows: Does Paul get hit by a projectile from one of the fans and try to hide the injury? Did he get hurt in a fight in Hamburg and keep it from the rest of them?
Hurt/sick character needs to be carried: I'd love this during any period! Does John have to carry Paul after a bad acid trip in '67? Take care of him if he gets sick in Hamburg?
In denial about being hurt: Paul's such a workaholic that I can picture him being kind of like the Black Knight in Monty Python and suggesting he's got "just a flesh wound" if they were in the middle of touring or recording. How does John deal with this?
Nobody hurts that character except me!: John said as much (and Tony King quotes him as saying "I'm the only person who's allowed to say things like that about Paul. I don't like it when other people do")! Well, that he didn't like to hear anyone else being critical about Paul. Any situations where he's defending Paul would be fabulous--maybe re: criticism of The Magical Mystery Tour or even one of Paul's songs that John didn't like, but he didn't want to hear anyone else say anything negative about it? Does the "nobody hurts Paul but me" extend to the other members of the band?
Refuse to Leave Other Character's Side: Does John insist of staying with Paul at his father's place? Mike's? Anywhere it might be quite awkward?
Sharing a bed: I just love the idea of John sticking close to a sick or injured Paul to the point of sharing a bed with him/holding him if he's feeling chilled.
Singing to Sleep: I feel like this was made for these two! What songs would John use to sing Paul to sleep? Would Paul have to request it, or would John just know he wanted it?
Soulmate AU-Soulmate's presence heals hurt character: Is this how they find out they're soulmates? John showing up heals Paul? When and how does it happen? Does Paul needing John like this when they're apart and fighting lead John to come back?
Too Sick to Sleep: How do they keep one another entertained when Paul's too sick to sleep? This is inspired by Paul wanting to go to bed during his first acid trip with John and John telling him he wouldn't sleep, but could be any time. How does John make Paul feel safe and comfortable?

Accidentally hurting partner more than intended during consensual rough sex: I'd love to see John accidentally hurting Paul more than he meant to, especially if it was something he'd kind of had to talk Paul into doing. Maybe something involving less lube than normal or handcuffs (does an injury with those potentially render Paul unable to play a gig?) or impact play or fighting as foreplay. How John dealt with the emotional hurt/angst of accidentally hurting Paul more than he meant to and Paul's response to being hurt and/or John's emotional hurt would be amazing!
Comfort Sex: They're both hurt and/or sick and having sex to comfort one another? Yes, please!
Enemy taunts friends/partner for not noticing character's injuries/trauma: Would love this for either of them being hurt--do either of them not notice that a reporter's question has opened old wounds? Or that one's concealing an injury or a response to a major event? I suppose "enemy" could be a journalist or promoter who didn't like them?
Mistakenly Believes the Other is Dead: Would love it to be a case where Paul's injured and John somehow thinks he's dead (maybe wires get crossed and whoever informs John is mistaken, maybe there's a false news report, maybe John's high and sees that Paul's hurt but mistakes him for being dead)? How do they comfort one another once John realizes Paul's not dead?
Soulmate AU-Soulmates Share Pain: Would love to see how this works during a fight between them (i.e., Paul's great at putting up a nonchalant front, but if John *feels* when he's hurt him, well...and John also wasn't upfront about feeling hurt, like thinking he was going to work on the music for The Family Way with Paul....) I love how important and fraught family is in this, with Walter trying to act unaffected, even as he winces when he breaks Martin's finger at what is theoretically their first meeting, and Martin caring so deeply for his mother--and, in fact, pretty much everyone he encounters, from Annett, Linda and Yvonne to Alex. I'd really enjoy seeing anything about Walter and Martin's relationship, either pre-canon, with Walter either observing Martin or engineering casual meetings with him, to more canon moments or post-canon fallout from Martin's actions in Able Archer.

• I don't even know what to say here - any prompts and any scenarios are fine, can be a fix-it in which Tuuri never died or got back from the dead, or set before Odense, the circumstances really don't matter so much to me as long as they get to angst over the other and recognize (or finally admit) they're in love. Melissa realizes that for years she's assumed her son is fine, but that the traumas have been building up more and more, to the point that Scott now just accepts it when people hurt him and treats it as if it's ok for them to do so, taking the blame for whatever goes wrong.
I just really want Melissa to act like a Mom and be upset on Scott's behalf that he doesn't stand up for himself and some actual dealing with Scott's various undealt with traumas, fears and suffering

*Since his parent's were never around, before Tim got involved with Batman and Robin, he was sexually abused by a teacher or another male authority figure. Something happened that made them move away, but now they've returned to Gotham and Tim has to confront a part of his past that he repressed.
*Tim never got a lot of attention and hugs growing up, and he's incredibly touch-starved. He tries to play it off, but there are little things that give it away. Luckily, no one cares about giving Tim what he needs.
*Tim gets a concussion and just starts bawling his eyes out. That's actually a legit side-affect of a concussion, and one that Tim is unfortunate enough to get.
*Tim and at least one of his brother's are somewhere hurt and the only way for Tim to get what he needs to save them, he has to have sex with their captor.
*The batboys are enchanted with something that returns them to the age they feel they lost their virginity. It doesn't affect Damian at all, Dick and Jason are probably in their mid to late teens or possibly early twenties, and Tim is way too fucking young.
*Tim is hiding the fact that he's an omega until he suddenly goes into heat. No one hurts him, but he has to get through the heat and then deal with the repercussions of them finding out.

You can go as light or as dark as you want with this. I love alternate universes as long as it isn't a completely mundane one. The age gap is neither a feature nor a bug, you can keep their canon ages, bump everyone up a little but keep the same gap, or make everyone the same age, or just not address it at all. You can ignore or incorporate Dark Phoenix. With the monster girl tags I mean them as the overall look and the trope, you don't have to limit them to just Jean. Also, while I don't want Rule 63 Jean, Rule 63 Scott or Peter is fine. I have seen all the X-Men movies, the Deadpool ones (including Once Upon a Deadpool), and Logan. You can definitely use elements of Logan, but having it be the eventual end of the ATM depresses me, so I'd prefer it be treated as another universe/timeline.
There are four things that appeal to me with this ship. The first is that all three can perceive the world differently from others. Jean is a telepath, Peter can move so fast that the world seems to be standing still and Scott can only see in shades of red. All three can be seen as an outsider. Jean was an outsider at a school for mutants. The impression I got from Scott's intro was that he wasn't very liked, and Peter is the mutant, thief son of a single mother with Eastern European ancestry during the Cold War. All three have some type of family drama. Scott's brother is way older than him and dies (and if he has the same backstory as the comic then he was raised by foster parents). Peter's father is a wanted criminal that left his mom, and if his universe's version of Wanda is like comic Wanda there could be complications there. The final, and probably most important reason, I just think their personalities all go well together and balance each other.

I'm familiar with the visual novel, Extella, Prisma Illya, Grand Order (just finished London), and I've played a bit of Extra. You can use any of the routes or create your own original one.
I enjoyed Sakura in the first two routes, but the third is such a gut punch. Sakura gets hurt so much and I just want someone to comfort her. I like both regular Sakura and dark Sakura. If going with Rin/Sakura you can handle the incest however you want. With Sakura/Saber I'm fine with it being regular Saber being a white knight or it being Saber Alter. You can combine my ships together and you aren't limited to just having Sakura hurt. When it comes to Shirou I'm fine with him being paired with whoever, but while I do like Sakura/Shirou and you can mention her crush on him, I'd prefer they not be together in this work.

You can go as light or as dark as you want with this. I love alternate universes as long as it isn't a completely mundane one. You can reference the other shows in the Arrowverse. For X-Men I've seen all the X-Men movies, Deadpool movies (including Once Upon a Deadpool), and Logan. You can definitely reference Logan but it being the eventual end of the ATM is a depressing thought to me, so please have it as an alternate timeline. I'm fin with Peter being a teenager like in Days of Future Past or in his twenties like in Apocalypse. With Kara either her canon age or as a teenager is fine. Age gaps are great, as long as the younger is no younger than been a teenager.
I think that these two are a really fun combination personality wise. They both know what it's like to have a supervillain relative. Kara is shown to be close to her adoptive sister and Peter looks close to his younger sister when he's hugging her in Days of Future Past. They could have a blast eating junk food together. I love the idea of what if Kara landed in the X-Men Earth and was imprisoned. I also love superhero/thief pairs. In a world that had the anti-mutant issues of the X-Men movies and the anti-alien sentiments of Supergirl, how would that negatively impact things. There's also so many fun superhero tropes possible.

She quickly became one of my favorites and am now looking for all kinds of additional trades involving her. I don't mind spoilers as I've been reading a lot about her. If something is a plot point then please include it in notes. You can handle the crossover aspect however you want and I'm fine with a relationship where Kara or Peter are teenagers.
I love the idea of Felicia breaking into someplace to steal something and discovering hurt character. Or maybe something she steals sends her to another world where she bonds with the other character. Or maybe she and the other character are both captured by someone much worse than she is? For the Monster Girl tags you don't have to limit those to female characters.

Supergirl, Batgirl, and Earth 2 were my favorite comics. I don't like how the New 52 Superman has been retconned out because him dying and being replaced by the other Superman had so much potential for Kara. I generally love her character arc from her arrival up to now. I love how Barbara's comics can go from dark and PTSD focused to a lighter, but no less enjoyable fare. With Jay I love that despite being younger and less sure of himself than classic Jay, he's just as good of a person.
