Not the original nominator for "pull over please" but it sounds like a character suffering nausea in a moving car and asking the character who's driving to pull over, either so they can pull themself together or so they can vomit. If it's possible, and if the nominator confirms this is what they meant, I'd be in favour of a different tag for each of these possible scenarios.

It's also possible to go a more general route (along the lines of "Hurt/sick character needs the person driving to pull over so they can be looked after"), which would allow for other urgent hurt/comfort scenarios like a panic attack, bleeding through bandages, a jolt over a pothole acutely exacerbating an existing injury, etc. I'd be in favour of a tag along these lines too :)
