(Before we start, I just want to say that Steve & Nat are my favorite MCU couple, platonic or romantic. They are obviously in the tagset as platonic but if you end up wanting to write a romantic story, I will never say no.)
Okay, so I would die for these two. And hurt/comfort is pretty much my favorite genre ever invented (especially when there is emphasis on the adorable comfort part). I picked out some of my favorite tags, but feel free to incorporate any other ones that you wish! Any timeline is good as well — there are hurt/comfort possibilities everywhere in the MCU. (And if you feel like waiting a long time to start writing or drawing, I will be seeing Endgame opening weekend.)
In general, though, I think my love for Steve & Nat can be summed up by the TWS scene in Sam's bedroom. Steve trying to comfort Nat (and her thinking she doesn't deserve his trust) is pretty much what sealed the deal for me. I love these two, and the way they take care of each other and are always there for each other through both of their many issues. So more of that please, in any form you want that to take.

Fandom-specific info: Okay, so for this relationship, I thought it would be cute to see Brainy trying to figure out how to take care of Kara if she's hurt, since that's something he might technically know how to do but figuring out the emotional and human characteristics of it are something completely different. Mostly, though, Kara is a precious angel and Brainy is adorable and I want them taking care of each other in whatever way you want to write or draw it. (I picked out tags I thought would be fun, but I'm really not opposed to anything so feel free to go crazy!)
