When exploring Lost Eden, what kind of dangers might they encounter? Would they still fear lingering effects from the Gaia Dust? What of the fear of being trapped together in someplace so unfamiliar? Or, what about the guilt Aria may still carry due to her role as the Harbinger?
* Emo/Female Ein: Emo lost her entire family of Sirens while Ein never really had a family to begin with, and that kind of loneliness is ripe for hurt/comfort. Does Emo ever grow homesick for her undersea home? How might that grief manifest in her singing? Or since they're of different species, how would they react to the other falling ill? What if, while visiting the Coral Shrine to pay respects to Emo's family, one of them ended up seriously injured?
* Female Ein/Shrika: Shrika and Ein had a particularly sweet exchange of vows, and it'd be interesting to see where Shrika's missionary work takes the two of them. What unknown territory and dangers might they discover in the far reaches of ReGaia? What if their airship broke down in the middle of nowhere? What if they encountered violent, malfunctioning Cruel Automata machines? Do they still have to fear attacks from the Cult of the Antimother?
With any of these pairings, the exploration into the unknown offers plenty of potential for hurt/comfort. There's still so much they don't know about their world, whether it's the original Earth of Lost Gaia, or the terraformed moon of ReGaia. What injuries and setbacks might they suffer during their travels into the unknown? What quiet moments might they share together while recovering?

Maybe Seira's stoic attitude finally breaks down, or maybe she notices that Akari's optimism seems more forced than usual. Maybe Seira throws herself into exercise more often to run from nightmares and Akari tries to reach out to her, or maybe Seira notices something's amiss when Akari starts pushing herself harder than usual.
* Shirokane Ginka/Taiyou Akari: Since Ginka has already almost died once, how scared would Akari be of losing her again? Or would Akari start to notice that Ginka's cheer hides nightmares about dying? Or, since Ginka went to the "other side," would she know of Akari being half-Daemonia? How would she try to comfort Akari's fears about losing herself to her Daemonia side? Would Akari worry that Ginka might fear her now?
* Taiyou Akari/Tsukuyomi Luna: Would Luna still feel insecure about her transformation into a Daemonia? Would she still fear hurting Akari? Would she still feel guilty about her love for Akari and jealousy of the others? Or, what if she did lose control again? How would Akari help Luna regain her humanity? Or maybe Akari confesses to Luna that she's half-Daemonia, and Luna tries to comfort her?
With this canon, the danger and violence of Daemonia battles can lead to some great hurt/comfort, especially if the one of the girls ended up trapped in the Astralux together and the other has to go rescue her. Or, what about Daemonia forms? You could play around with Luna's werewolf look, or maybe Akari's Daemonia side takes over and she transforms into a Daemonia-hybrid (I imagine it would be like a fiery phoenix) for some monster girl fic?

Julie would obviously worry if Ai was sick or injured, even if Ai doesn't think it's a big deal, but what if Julie was injured or seriously ill? How would Ai react to taking care of someone that much older than her? Or, since they're both still grieving over lost family, how would they go about comforting each other?
* Ai Astin/Dee Ensy Stratmitos: Ai clearly thinks of Dee as someone important to her, but Dee probably still feels guilty about almost trapping everyone in Ostia, so how would Ai go about easing that guilt? Or, maybe if Ai is injured or sick, Dee finally realizes how much she loves Ai, so she pushes herself in doing whatever she can to care for Ai. What if Dee is hurting or sick but tries to hide it? How would Ai try to help her?
* Julie Sakuma Dmitriyevich/Dee Ensy Stratmitos: Even though these two don't interact much in canon, I quite like the age-gap potential here. They both carry a lot of guilt, although for different reasons, so would they reach out to each other for comfort? Maybe the stress of being strong all the time gets to Julie and he finally breaks down in front of Dee? Or perhaps when he's injured or ill and Dee is caring for him, he realizes that she's in love with him?
* Julie Sakuma Dmitriyevich/Scar: With Scar being new to human emotions and Julie having lost his family, there's plenty of potential for angst and comfort here. Maybe during their travels one of them of is hurt while protecting the other or Celica? Perhaps that fear of loss is what helps them realize how much they love the other? Maybe Julie confesses feelings of self-loathing to Scar, or maybe Scar still struggles with being both human and gravekeeper?
With this canon, the setting can seem rather lonely with the lack of new life, and the uncertainty of travel in a drying world would be quite stressful, so it'd be interesting to see how the characters handle grief and loneliness, and what kind of nightmares they might suffer too, and while traveling the fear of injury and/or illness would be very great indeed.

Mai might think her feelings for Kanami are unrequited, but if Mai ended up in serious danger, maybe Kanami might realize just how much she's fallen in love with Mai?
* Itomi Sayaka/Yanase Mai: Or, how about the shy girl and the big-sister type? Does Sayaka still suffer any pain from the aradama experiments Yukina put her through? For both pairs, there's a theme of having to choose between love and the world, so it'd be interesting to explore that kind of sacrifice. Both Lilysse and Liliana seem willing to sacrifice themselves for their beloved, so how do those conflicting feelings of love and sacrifice affect their relationships with Arnice and Aluche? Or, what about the conflict between Arnice's or Aluche's human blood and demonic blood?

I'm familiar with TOS (show and movies), Discovery, Strange New Worlds and AOS movies. Include or don't include whatever you want. Also totally fine with stuff from larger Star Trek canon, as long as it's not a major part of the fic/won't make sense without knowing that part of canon.
Fandom specific DNW: Amnesiac Spock believing he and Kirk are in a relationship when that isn't the case, and this assumption not being corrected. The belief itself as fine, as long as no one deceives him even by omission when he brings it up.
I absolutely adore their friendship with Bones. So while this request is for Kirk/Spock, I will be delighted at Bones showing up and taking a prominent role as well.

Telepathic trauma
- Maybe Spock hurting from some of his canonical melds with more different minds (like V'ger), or original questionable meld. Alternately, maybe it's Kirk who gets hit by some telepathic entity, and with no shields against it, suffers as a result. Or anything along those lines! And for Kirk, I'm completely into the idea of him developing telepathy from this, struggling, and having Spock help him through that change.
Back massage to ease stress or back/shoulder pain
- This tag brought to you by Shore Leave :D Saying that, I'd love it at any point in canon! Established relationship or nominally platonic at first until feelings are revealed are both great.
Reconciliation while Trapped and Injured & reunion after a long separation
- Maybe the reunion is a little rocky or even just awkward post-TMP. Obviously they love each other, maybe they both even know that, but it's not simple to get past. And trapped and injured is a way to just up the stakes, maybe forcing confessions they'd been skirting around.
I've requested multiple tags about being stranded or in survival situations because I absolutely adore anything and everything involving that! Crashed on planet and isolated because ion storms, or mysterious planetary shield, or just lost without any equipment even on a planet they can get off of.
- Kirk and Spock in a wilderness survival situation between TOS and TMP, with Spock still having gone to Gol. I have no preferences on how they end up stranded together, just that they're forced into this situation of desperation and forced proximity while Spock is trying to stay withdrawn, and Kirk is hurting as well from Spock leaving him (meaning in a friendship sense, though I'm also fine with them both knowing there were feelings/tentative relationship before Spock left).
- Something like the above happening very soon after TMP, when things might still be a bit awkward/tentative between them.
- Towards the end of TOS, when Spock is considering leaving already, and Kirk is also struggling with the mission coming to an end. But if you go this route, I want it to change the outcome, so Spock does not leave for Gol.
