When submitting your work, you need to let mods know what freeform is being created for. Tag the freeform. Use an author note. Send the mod e-mail an e-mail if you can't do either of those. You can delete tag/note before reveals if you want it to be a surprise for your recipient.

If you don't do this, it'll sit in the queue until it's either fixed on re-check or a mod gets around to sending you an e-mail asking you to say what freeform it is.

I have a question regarding this because I'd like to make it as easy as possible for you; can we tag more than one freeform in our work if we are using them? Or will that make it all more confusing for you? Asking because I always use at least one freeform, but there's always the possibility that one or more of the requested ones inspire me.

Posting multiple is absolutely fine! It's a minimum of one so I can check for it.
